Stephanie is amazing! It was my first time using Rover and Stephanie was perfect. Very responsive and made prompt visits with updates, pics, and notes all of which made me feel very comfortable and I could trust that Hank was in good hands, especially during the holidays. Kim went above and beyond for our boy. took her time to play and hang out and even cleaned up and made sure his water fountain was clean. would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a cat sitter! you can tell she really cares and takes her time as if it were her own pet. will be using her again in the future.

Abby is AMAZING!! Very communicative and our pups love her! Being new to the area, we were comforted by having someone we can trust and is adaptable to our lifestyle of living on a boat which isn’t always easy with two medium sized dogs. She handled everything beautifully and our neighbors even love her! Will definitely schedule with her in the future!!

Krystal was an excellent sitter for our two cats. She took the time to meet them in advance and get familiar with our apartment building. She was extremely communicative and we are so thankful for her drop ins to feed and care for our cats while we were out of town.

Claudia and Jon are absolute legends for dog walking and drop-ins. They took amazing care of our cat and elderly pup while we were traveling internationally for over a week. Excellent communication throughout the trip and great photos of each visit playing with the fur babies and going on walks. We can tell they truly care and are committed to keeping the pets safe, happy, and healthy. Our friend had dropped off some flowers for Christmas while we were out not knowing they were poisonous to cats… Claudia quickly realized during the next visit and safely relocated the flowers to save a potentially horrible situation. Jaclyn was great! The Rover Report Cards were informative and included details, pictures and videos daily. When my 16 day trip needed to be extended a few more days, Jaclyn was very accommodating. I'm confident my cat Hazel was well cared for in my absence and I highly recommend Jaclyn!
