Dog Boarding in Windermere

We feel extremely fortunate to have found Jon and Aimee on Rover. Their profile looked good, and they were even nicer in person. They took outstanding care of our 45lb doodle, giving him the run of the house and backyard. He was excited to see us when we picked him up, but spent just as much time thanking them as greeting us. Their location in the Dr Phillips area was convenient for our stay near the Orange County Convention Center, Universal, Sea World and Icon Park. Best of all, they were flexible with drop off and pick up times, sent lots of photos/videos and promptly responded to all questions and requests.

Sushi had another wonderful visit with Kymry! He has stayed with her several times now and I think they've made a love connection. ;) We always feel very comfortable and sSecure knowing that Sushi is being so well taken care of and having such a good time while we're away. Thank you, Kymry! Sushi says he misses you and Bella!

Wannena was awesome ! Very responsive to suggestions for her care, kept us informed of her care with pictures, and obviously Maddie was totally happy to be there and for the care she received. Will be booking again next month.

Savannah is the BEST! We are beyond grateful to have found Savannah to watch our pup, Arie, while we were traveling through Orlando. From the moment we connected, she was warm, communicative, and extremely professional. She took the time to learn about Arie’s personality, routines, and preferences, which made a huge difference. One thing we were especially impressed by: Arie usually doesn’t eat for at least a day when she’s in a new environment—it’s always been a sign of her adjusting slowly. But with Savannah, she ate right away, just like she does at home. That alone told us how comfortable and safe she felt under Savannah’s care. Arie can also be a little particular, but she took to Savannah immediately—which says a lot! We received regular updates, photos, and videos, and it was clear that Arie was happy, loved, and getting plenty of attention and playtime. What truly set Savannah apart was her flexibility. We had a last-minute change and needed Arie to stay an extra night. Savannah graciously accommodated without hesitation, which gave us incredible peace of mind. We came back to a joyful, relaxed pup who clearly had a great time. Savannah treated Arie like family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. If she’s available—don’t think twice. Your pup will be in the best hands!

Poliana was the best dog sitter we could have wished for our dog 🥰🎀 So caring, so attentive, and made sure our dog’s boarding experience was nothing but amazing. Our pup got to play with so many friends & had a blast ! Poliana is so attentive to each pup she takes care of and is so knowledgeable on how to care for each dog and their needs. We are so lucky we have found someone like her. Will leave my dog under her care ANYTIME and recommend 1000% !

Renan was a last minute find. I had a last minute cancelation from a pet sitter o used for years. 3 hours before my flight I got news of the cancelation and Renan saved my trip. In less then 15 minutes we had discussed all I need for my senior dog and we had a meet and greet. One and a half hour later I dropped off my dogs and for the entire time I was away Renan kept me posted daily on my dogs wellbeing. He went above and beyond to make sure my dogs felt comfortable and had all they needed. One of my dogs had a small indigestion and Renan was always working with me to solve the matter ASAP. I’m a pet sitter myself and I am truly happy I found someone who truly cares, who communicates well and keep me posted on everything. Being on the other side I know how my own clients feel when they are away and Renan showed he had the same passion as me to care for pets. Thank you so much Renan!

Our dogs came back so happy, tired, and healthy from Katie. I can tell when they haven’t had a good time boarding because they’re very expressive but they are STILL happy and tired more than 3 days after their week with her. I would definitely use her again and again!

She was great to my doggo! I know he had a lot of fun, and she gave me lots of updates and pictures throughout his stay. Definitely will be coming back to her next time!!

Mimi is a real deal and I’m so glad we found her. I don’t know what we’ll do if she ever moves! My pup loves her and I feel so comfortable leaving her in Mimi’s care (last stay was for 2.5 weeks). We have two more vacations booked this year and Mimi is the first person I write once I book our flights!

Our dog Cookie has stayed with Jerry for a number of times now: she always has the best time and Jerry send pictures of her everyday. He’s great!

Monica takes such great care of my baby Dante, there’s no one else I trust as much as her to give my baby as much love and attention to him! Thank you again Monica!

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter than Sarah! She took amazing care of our dog Riley while we were away and went above and beyond in every way. Every day, she sent us adorable photo updates that completely put our minds at ease. We could tell Riley was happy, relaxed, and getting tons of love and attention from Sarah and her beautiful kids. On top of that, Sarah was incredibly accommodating when our flight got delayed and we had to pick Riley up later than planned. She was so understanding and flexible, which made a stressful travel situation much easier. Sarah is truly a gem; responsible, caring, and a total dog lover. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care!

Karla was fantastic. She communicated everything and was so good with him. I could tell he loved being there with her. Definitely recommend her.

I chose Ana because she truly seemed like a dog lover and would take great care of my boys, and she did just that! She was very responsive and sent some pictures while I was away, which I loved. My pups seemed to love her and they were worn out whenever I picked them up, so I know they had a great time! Will definitely use her again if needed :)

My furbaby loves Idalis and Alex and all the puppy dog friends he gets to play & hang out with. They take great care of the pets and I can tell they truly love what they do. My baby comes home healthy and happy.

Papi had the best time ever. I got updates throughout the day, and every photo showed just how happy and loved he was. Honestly, he didn’t even want to leave — and I can’t blame him. It almost made me jealous in the sweetest way. They truly raised my puppy’s standard of care. Knowing he was treated like family gave me so much peace of mind, especially since this was my very first time using Rover. I’ll be booking with them every single time I’m in Orlando. It means the world to know my dog is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for
