Doggy Day Care in Windermere

Poliana was a wonderful host! Very responsive and attentive. My dog always cries when I return home and find him anxious,this was not the case when I picked him up from Poliana.my doggie was relaxed and happy! I am so greatful and happy to have found this service.At the end I received beautiful pictures and even presents for him.The pics show him having a relaxing day and enjoying many different areas in the home.I am so appreciative to see pictures with several family members together with my doggie.Thank you so much Poliana to you and your family!

Gloria helped us out in a pinch when we planned a last minute day at Universal Studios theme park and needed someone to watch Ruger for the day. She sent multiple photos and videos through out the day so we knew he was being loved on and having fun. We were so happy to know he was being cared for while we were gone for the day and the location was perfect as it was only 10 minutes from the theme park so we could drop him off on our way there and pick him up on our way home.

Jerry was great. Daisy had a great time at daycare. I was nervous about doing this because it was her first time and she wasn’t used to other dogs but felt better after getting the picture updates! Definitely going to use Jerry again!

Rennan did so great with keeping me updated and sending me photos throughout the day while we were at Disney ! Very much recommend him to watch your baby. My coco had so much fun 😊

Savannah was great! I needed some help with having my new puppy watched while I had to work and she was more than willing to do it! She sent me photos and videos throughout the day and was very good at communicating and staying in touch! I would 100% entrust Savannah in watching my puppy again!

Oreo appears to have loved his time with Julie! He came home exhausted which for an Aussie-Poo, simply means he was busy playing, chasing squirrels and lizards and being with the other dogs, Julie and her family… we could tell he’d had a great time!

Karla was very responsive will all the questions I had and gave answers with clear explanations. Karla and her husband were very attentive. Plus, my foster dog, Fender, liked their cute dog Ziko.

Monica is amazing!! She watched my sweet Gizmo for 3 days while we were doing the parks with family!! She sent pics, videos and updates all day long!! Giz was comfortable and happy the whole time! Will definitely have her watch him again!! <3

I am afraid of giving such a good review, she may be too booked to take my dog Rocky next time I need her :-) My 16 year old daughter actually said "I aspire to be her" when we drove away. Calm, happy, relaxed...the way dogs like it. I like that she has her own well-behaved pack of tiny dogs (3). It's like a dog playdate or sleepover. Thank you Kymry!

Cheryl was great with our Golden doodle Cody. Very patient and attentive. I can tell he fell in love with her and was very comfortable and happy. She is a great sitter. Highly recommend. I will definitely book again when in town.

Took us in last minute and was very flexible with drop off and pick up times for our two puppies. Received picture updates throughout the day and it looks like they had fun!

Katie is a rare gem! She is so wonderful with my very spoiled pup and I rest easier knowing that Katie is spoiling her like I would. Means the world to me.

We dropped Bandit off for a 3-hour puppy playdate at Amanda’s house. She had a blast playing with Missy and another dog Amanda was watching. Bandit definitely got her puppy energy out and slept great the rest of the day. We are looking forward to seeing Amanda again for our extended trip later this month!
