My first time using Rover and Heaven was absolutely phenomenal!!! 10/10 will book again next time we need a sitter. She sent updates and pictures every day, and her communication was amazing! If anything changed from what we’d originally set up, even a little bit, she immediately let me know. Kristin was great! She took excellent care of my little guy and sent great photos every day. I came back to a happy cat and a place that looked just like I left it. I asked her to just leave the dishes in the sink, but she went ahead and washed them off, which was a nice surprise. She was also right on time every day. Wonderful pet sitter.

Great pet sitter for my cats. Communication was great with pics included. I've got 1 cat that's skittish and 1 cat that requires meds and Scout had no problem handling either of them. Will definitely book again.

Abbie did an amazing job while we were away for a long weekend! Our cat Julien is usually very shy, but he quickly warmed up to Abbie, which says a lot about her experience working with new pets. She followed our instructions closely and provided a status update and pictures during each visit. She also went above and beyond to briefly meet Jules (and us) in advance! We will definitely work with Abbie again in the future.
