She was incredibly communicative during every visit with Reilly and went above and beyond when he developed a rash, making sure to check in with me and follow the proper care protocol (poor guy has seasonal allergies). She also made sure he didn’t miss out on any holiday fun which included a few extra thoughtful snacks and really funny picture updates! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Charity and Jeff have exceeded our expectations! We have never used an app before and were nervous to leave our needy pup (Khaleesi) with anyone, but after meeting Charity and Jeff I am confident that Khaleesi is in the best hands. Charity and Jeff came over to meet Khaleesi and asked lots of questions which clearly indicated they were going to be taking very good care of her! They were very professional, they came to us on time, and they were very good about following up to confirm the appointment. The whole experience was truly a joy, and we are so relieved that we have someone we trust to stay home with our pup!

Amy did amazing with my pets! She had amazing communication! We have a very old man with some health issues and she knew how to care for him properly as well as our super nervous boy! Would definitely hire Amy again and recommend her to any of my friends!
