House Sitting in Alcovy Shores

Catecha did a great job caring for our German Shepherd, Aries. She followed his schedule, played with him outside to help burn energy, and was patient with all his quirks. Aries is a big, energetic, and sometimes very spoiled boy, but he listens when someone sets the tone; and that’s exactly why we chose her. Catecha was kind, calm, and confident, which helped him settle right in. We appreciated how open she was to learning his routines and making sure he stayed safe and happy.

Our pups love Brianna, and we love knowing that our dogs are in good hands while we’re away. She truly loves animals, and it shows! You can trust Brianna to love your pets well. We’ll be working with her again and again!

Kayleigh is a very sweet girl and was very good with Murphy! She is easygoing and is respectful and responsible. You can tell she loves to be with animals.

Wow! Audra is so wonderful!!! We loved her, our 2 Great Danes loved her. She did exactly as we asked and sent pictures and communicated with us during her stay. I hope she is always available when we need her. She made everything so easy for us to get away. A++

Abigail is a very sweet and honest person, and I appreciated that she spent the day at home with Kulfi. She followed the schedule and instructions I provided (meals, potty breaks, and giving her companionship throughout the day). Her fiancé mainly came in the evenings to spend the night and then left for work the next morning. That said, a few small housekeeping details were missed and the care felt more basic than I’m used to, without much extra attentiveness beyond the essentials. However, Kulfi was safe and her routine was maintained. Suggestions to be an exceptional Rover sitter: Adding a bit more enrichment and “extra mile” care would make a big difference—an additional walk (or a longer walk), dedicated playtime sessions, mental stimulation like simple games/snuffle mat/puzzle treats, and a quick daily check-in with a couple photos/videos plus a short note about mood, appetite, potty/walk times, and energy level. I think a little time investment and physical activity would make her an exceptional rover sitter for the price and more worth it then boarding your furbabies.

Murphy is such a caring and attentive sitter, we are so lucky to have found him! The dogs absolutely adore him and everything is always perfect when he sits.

Speaking a a family, we loved to have Kira in our home. She took care of my maxis with love, patience and kindness, they were happy and super relaxed. She made us feel calm knowing that our furry kids were ok and safe in their home at all time. Thank you Kira and as I said… we are sure they will be happy to see you again 🫶🏻

This lady is the absolute best! She is very attentive and caring and my doggos just love her. No need to worry if she is caring for your loved ones!! There really aren’t enough words to express her excellence!!

Rachel took such good care of our 3 big babies! She was super fast to respond and was very punctual. She also was quick to address any special needs our pets required which is super helpful (4th of July fireworks + storms makes for nervous pups). It’s the first time we’ve come home from a trip and the dogs didn’t give us the silent treatment ? Sounds like they had a good time and we’re well taken care of!

Dominique was awesome! I'm thankful she was available in such short notice to come to my home and watch my boy. She's super sweet and kind. She was also very responsive. Again, thank you so much for saving me in such a short amount of time. I'd definitely use her again, hoping she's available when that time comes!!

Canija was great and very sweet with my dog. He’s pretty weary of strangers but warmed up to her rather quickly. Would most definitely book again!

Amanda was wonderful. The girls loved her. She was great with the house and the dogs and we will definitely use her again. She’s our girl from now on.

Joanna was fantastic! Her communication was proactive and seamless, and we were totally at ease knowing she was in our home with our dogs. We would absolutely love to work with her again.
