Alexcis is who you want caring for your animals!!! Period. I moved to Augusta in 2017 and tried several rover sitters in the area. And they were so-so doing the bare minimum. And then we found Alexcis in 2018– AND WE HAVEN'T LOOKED BACK! She is our go-to sitter for our lab mix and German Shepherd. Her schedule has always been accommodating to our last minute travel plans. She responds typically within the hour when requesting services. We gets lots of pictures and updates throughout while we’re gone and immediate escalation if issues pop up (which is rare and usually the owners fault, not hers). One example: we forgot to leave the front door key for her and she creatively managed to get access through the back yard to prevent the dogs going without food/potty breaks for the weekend. Our dogs love the care/attention shown with going on the much needed walks for the high energy GSD. And that level of service goes above and beyond what we expected from Rover, which is why we choose to pay for her services versus allowing neighbor/friends to briefly check in for free. I’m confident you will not regret your choice if you allow Alexcis to care for your animals.... she cares about her clients just as much as her own dog!!
