Lillian is great! I am grateful for the love and care she gave our dogs while we were out of town. She didn’t just feed them and let them out, she played with them and loved on them. I can’t say enough great things about Alyssa! She was incredibly patient and kind with my nervous puppy, who usually takes a long time to warm up to new people. Within just a week, he was opening up, seeking out pets, and clearly so much more comfortable with her—which says everything about how gentle and attentive she is. On top of that, she was super flexible when we had a last-minute need for a drop-in visit over the weekend for my boyfriend’s dog as well. She didn’t hesitate to help out and treated both pups with such great care. Her communication was excellent—she sent the most detailed visit notes and photos that really gave me peace of mind while I was away. It’s so clear she truly cares about the pets she looks after. Devin is AWESOME!! She always goes above and beyond. With the holiday and celebrating that was going on outside of our home, Onyx did not want to come from upstairs, where he hides when he is frightened. Devin made sure he had the best access to his hiding spot and went by early the next morning to be sure he was able to go out early, since he refused to go out during her evening drop in visit. She even called to see if I could talk him down over the phone. Devin made sure the next morning the Onyx went out, even though it took her over 30 minutes to convince him to come downstairs. It puts our mind at ease whenever Devin is taking care of our Onyx in our absence. THANK GOD for you, Devin!!
