I was just as pleased the second time I used her as I was the first. Dogs are super excited to see her and even our timid big dog warmed up to her on just the second visit. If the dogs like her then I like her! She takes time with them as well as my senior cat. Excellent communication and shows up when scheduled. Made the initiative to reach out a few days in advance to confirm we are still good to go. I appreciate that!

She was great! Very communicative and took lots of pictures. First time using her and we just did a drop in. We will use her again! Our pups loved this mom and daughter duo!

Thanks so much Jessica. My apologies for not letting you know earlier that I did make it home on Saturday. It was cold, windy and there was an ice storm that turned to snow on Friday evening. I didn't leave PA until 11:30 am which put me home at midnight. Seems as if the weather up north followed me home - it's cold!! I enjoyed the photos just to see what a mess Juniper had caused with the tissue paper. I'm replacing all that torn up stuff with new paper today. She's full of energy and talks a lot - meowing all the time. Wish I knew what she was saying! Thanks again, I do appreciate it and I sent you a tip. Happy New Year!

Melissa was wonderful with our furbabies. She was patient with our shy cats. She sent photos and updates ,which helped alot while I was missing them. She even kept in touch with me about my one kitty who wanted to really hide and what I wanted to do about her. I would definitely use her again.

Siara was very friendly and warm when we met to give her the house key. She arrived to take care of Chloe on time and went above and beyond to make sure her litter box was scooped and litter genie changed.
