Jill took care of my two cats for six days while I was away, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly attentive, responsible, and compassionate with my girls. What meant the most to me was her flexibility — I had to make a last-minute change and add a new medication for my sweet girl, and Jill handled it without hesitation. That level of understanding and professionalism gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats and I’m so grateful. Amanda was very professional and appeared comfortable handling our heeler mix. She send us several photos and a video at each visit which were the highlights of our day. Definitely will be trusting her with our pup in the future.

I was just as pleased the second time I used her as I was the first. Dogs are super excited to see her and even our timid big dog warmed up to her on just the second visit. If the dogs like her then I like her! She takes time with them as well as my senior cat. Excellent communication and shows up when scheduled. Made the initiative to reach out a few days in advance to confirm we are still good to go. I appreciate that!

Joanne was the best! She took excellent care of my two dogs. She sent pictures every day and my dogs had big smiles on their faces each time. I also got a note about what kind of "business" my dogs did when they were outside. She played ball (or stuffed animal tossing) with my lab, and gave extra special attention to my sick, aging girl. I could not be happier with Joanne's services and she even left my girls a little present on the last day of her visits. I highly recommend Joanne to anyone who wants your pets to be well taken care of and loved in your absence.
