I was just as pleased the second time I used her as I was the first. Dogs are super excited to see her and even our timid big dog warmed up to her on just the second visit. If the dogs like her then I like her! She takes time with them as well as my senior cat. Excellent communication and shows up when scheduled. Made the initiative to reach out a few days in advance to confirm we are still good to go. I appreciate that!

Melissa was wonderful with our furbabies. She was patient with our shy cats. She sent photos and updates ,which helped alot while I was missing them. She even kept in touch with me about my one kitty who wanted to really hide and what I wanted to do about her. I would definitely use her again.

I can’t recommend Morgan enough! She stepped in at the last minute to care for my cat and did an amazing job. She was reliable, communicative, and truly cared for my pet as if it were her own. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. My cat, who has been sick received extra attention which is a true testament to Morgan’s patience and kindness. I’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!
