My 1st time using Rover and I'm glad to have had a good experience with Stephanie. I have 2 cats and 1 is on medication so it's kind of a pain in the butt. Everything seemed to go great. Would recommend her and will use her again in the future.
Nora took excellent care of my two cats. She was there faithfully morning and evening, and sent me photos with updates every visit. I know my girls liked her because there were no accidents, no throw up, nothing destroyed—their usual protest moves when I go away. This was my first time hiring a pet sitter, and Nora was a gem.
Preston did an absolutely outstanding job caring for our animals while we were away for a week. Our dog, who is both highly anxious and sometimes aggressive, completely warmed up to him - a true testament to Preston’s patience and skill. He not only gave our dog the care and attention he needed but also made sure our two cats, two mini horses, and donkey were all well cared for and happy. We came home to a tidy house, content animals, and total peace of mind knowing everything had been handled so well.
