House Sitting in Brookhaven

Lillian stayed at our home with our two dogs for a week. She was super communicative and it seemed like the pups got a lot of attention. She was also a great guest and left the house exactly as she found it. I appreciated her being careful to wipe the pups paws before they came inside as it was a rainy/muddy week. Would definitely book her again!

Desiree was so awesome with one very senior dog and one rambunctious one :). Her updates were timely and helped ease all my anxieties. She took great care of both my dogs with extra attention to detail and compassion.

Kira was great! She took good care of my Sookie (and the house) while I was away. Kira was on time for the M&G and for the sit. She stayed until I got home and gave me a report of her behavior while I was gone, which was helpful. They played together in the yard and she left the house clean. Thank you Kira!

Allie was a great last minute sitter for us and our sweet and energetic 10 month lab mix. They were good with communicating with us to help us feel at ease about how our pup was doing while we were gone for the weekend. They stayed with him for 2 nights so he wouldn't be stressed at bedtime. They even took him hiking after a longer than usual day of crating. He was in great spirits when we got home and our home was in perfect shape as well. We would definitely recommend Allie and would use again in the future.

Bryan was so attentive and patient. I loved that I didn’t have to request updates. I’m so happy that I found someone I could trust with my four babies.

Katelyn and Christian were impeccable. How do I know? Regular updates and Crispin was peaceful when I arrived, and sad to see them go! Definitely will ask for help again.

Madison did great with our young and energetic puppy - she was very patient and communicative. She kept me posted all weekend and took great care of pup and our house while we were away.

As expected, Meagan was a fantastic sitter again taking great care of my home and my family members. Im lucky to have found her on here and will continue to bring her in when I travel.

Talia took amazing care of my babies! And me to be honest. This was my first time entrusting my babies to anyone other than family and she did not disappoint. She followed my instructions that were obviously from a nervous puppy mom and sent pictures and updates multiple times a day. I will most definitely be using her next time I go out of town!

Maya is truly fantastic! My dog typically is a fussy eater and doesn’t eat when we travel, maya was able to get him to eat and kept us very up to date.

I reached out to Michelle for a 9 day house sit with my two dogs. We communicated back and forth and decided on a time for the meet and greet, which went very well! My usually skittish Lab mix went right up to Michelle and her daughter (who was sitting for part of the time) and allowed them to pet her. Both dogs were completely comfortable, which put me at ease. Michelle was great about sending photos and videos of the dogs each day, communicating how they were doing, and informing us when she would be later than usual back to the house. The house was left tidy and the dishes were done, which I appreciated after being away for a week! In the pet profiles, I indicated the dogs could be left alone for 4-8 hours, but in the notes I added that we rarely leave them for more than 5 hours at a time. (Willow has been known to get destructive if left for too long.) I did notice from our front door camera that a couple times they were left for 6-8 hours. We work from home, so the dogs are used to someone always being around. One evening an unauthorized guest visited our home with one of the caretakers. I didn't feel comfortable with that, so I let Michelle know and all was well. This was my first time using Rover and overall, we had a good experience. The dogs looked happy in every photo, and were wagging their tails in each videos sent!

Jenni is amazing! She took care of my 3 cat fur babies. She sent me constant pics and updates, let me know about issues that came up, and was so sweet with my babies. They loved having her. She left the house in pristine condition. Would definitely rebook.
