Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Buford

We were nervous! Never had professional pet care before. Our dogs and cat are our BABIES! This just had to go great. NO room for anything to go wrong…. Our son has used ROVER before. A bunch of times. He made the recommendation for us to use ROVER. I found Caroline on the ROVER site in a hurry. That was easy. Great reviews and something just felt right. I filled out the details about our four legged family members and submitted a request. Nearly immediate reply, and we were in motion. A lot of chatting from me. I certainly overly communicated. Caroline read every word and replied promptly. We even did a meet and greet here at the house so the dogs could meet her and I could show her around. That was really comforting. Great rapport with the dogs right away. I felt really good about having reached out to ROVER. We were gone four days with two visits daily. Worked out great. Might want a third daily visit when we do this again. The constant communication including the pics of the pups was so reassuring during our trip! We seriously did not worry about them…not once! That is saying something, because I am normally nervous about anything like this!!! Caroline is atop our list for a repeat effort for any dog/cat sitting needs! Oh yeah: Beyond taking great care of the pets, Caroline was really respectful of the house and even helped with a minor situation when the dogs messed inside…. The word that comes to mind is “TRUST”. Good experience! Strongly recommend ROVER and specifically Caroline!

Kaitlyn was AMAZING! she sent numerous pictures, and she was even able to get my scardy sweet baby boy to come out and visit with her! We even had a sweet surprise waiting for us when we got home! 10 star service!

Kristen is amazing, I literally could not have had a better experience working with her. She came over the day before to introduce herself to my elderly dog so she wasn’t afraid. Kristen gave detailed updates with photos each visit, she even brought our packages inside while we were away. She made our vacation much easier to enjoy knowing our pup was with someone who genuinely cares, thank you Kristen!

Amber is simply the best! I just moved here from out of state and needed someone to come and check on my very anxious pup while I'm gone at work during the week. Amber came and did a meet and greet with me which was very nice and she had an opportunity to become familiar with all of my pups special needs. She is always communicating and updating me on all things about my pup and it gives me such comfort knowing that someone is giving her so much love while I'm gone during the day! I would recommend Amber to anyone who needs her services! She is compassionate, timely and trustworthy! I'm so glad that I found Amber to watch my Delilah! 😊

Avamarie responded to my last-minute request to care for my cats, and as always, she was great! The kitties look forward to seeing her again!

Peyton is amazing! Personable, punctual, and very thorough. I had full confidence with her watching our fur baby, Beaux. Great communication so we never had a worry or doubt for as long as we were gone. Whenever we journey out again, I'll definitely be giving her a call!

Nicole did a wonderful job with our pup! She was very communicative and responsive. We will definitely continue to use Nicole for our pet sitter needs.

Gracie was nothing short of amazing with our cat! She followed directions and then some! She tried so hard to get our shy baby to say come out and say hi and she was sweet enough to bring in a package that was left outside our front door and even fed the stray cat outside of our house. I would absolutely recommend Gracie to anyone and she will be our first choice to use her services again! Thank you so much Gracie!!!

Hailey was very communicative and super detailed in her report cards. We had a last minute change in dogsitters and she happily took on a new client. She was also so kind to have brought some Amazon boxes inside during her visit. Very good experience working with Hailey.

Terissa was absolutely amazing! She did a meet and greet with my fur babies before doing a drop in, and I felt so at ease after meeting her. She was very responsive and kept me informed prior to, throughout, and after the drop in. She even spent a little extra time loving on my babies which was so awesome especially over a holiday weekend. Thanks to Terissa, I was able to go out and enjoy Independence Day on the lake without having to worry about my fur babies because I knew they were in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend her, and I will definitely be using her again! Absolutely wonderful sitter!
