Shelby covered for us in a last-minute emergency where we needed to be out of town but our usual pet sitter wasn't available. She made it work with limited info and took excellent care of our dog Ruby and cat Fritz. They were happy and healthy in her care and we are extremely grateful! We will definitely book with Shelby again.
