100% recommend. I would definitely use Besaida again in the future. Besaida did an excellent job petsitting over the span of my 5 day absence, caring for my 3 senior pets. One of the dogs is 20 years old with special needs due to being deaf/blind/having mobility issues, and Besaida handled her needs thoughtfully and with care. Besaida took my anxiety over leaving the pets seriously and was reassuring and extremely proactive in sending regular updates and cute pics of my babies daily. Having Besaida in my home helped me feel much calmer about having to leave them over my trip.

Halle was kind, responsive, prompt, professional and spoiled our fur babies! She made our time away stress free. We will definitely contact her first with any future pet sitting needs.

Marianne was awesome! I can't say enough good things about her and our experience. We were in town for a wedding and as such our schedule required some flexibility- Marianne didn't bat an eye. Our boy is very attached to us and does not generally take well to strangers. He was instantly fine with Marianne. She is truly a "puppy person". She met our every need and Wrigley loved hanging out with her and her pups. He got treats and playtime and we were kept informed with updates and pics throughout the process. Marianne would definitely be our go to were we to need someone in the Columbus area again.

Ariel was so awesome!! She house sat with my dog for the weekend and everything went great. She was very kind, easy to communicate with, sent pictures while I was away, and mostly importantly loved on my puppy when I couldn’t!! I highly recommend her and will be contacting her again in the future.

Tarrah took amazing care of our two dogs, and we couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with her as our overnight sitter! She was super communicative and sent frequent photo updates, which gave us total peace of mind. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!
