I was extremely happy with Sitong's care for my cats. He accepted my late request, including coming by my home for a short notice meet and greet. My cats appeared very comfortable around him and his wife, I was very pleased with the care and the many pictures sent during each trip that assured me my cats were in good hands! Hannah was the absolute best! We were worried about leaving our cat for 2 weeks because he doesn't warm up easily to strangers but he loved Hannah. She sent us pictures and updates daily and even collected our mail for us-all of this during two major holidays! I didn't worry about our kitty once because I knew he was in excellent hands. We will definitely rebook with Hannah in the future.
