Mack is Top Tier! I don't know how else to put it. I had a Roverer (I assume that's the term) need to change availability dates the day before my trip and I was frantically looking for someone else who was available who could also do a meet and greet. After sending messages to a few people, Mack finally responded and confirmed availability!! Came for the meet in greet the next morning met the dogs and that's not even all of it. During my trip Mack messaged me saying my garage keypad was dead, went and got batteries (but still it wouldn't open) and walked around the house and waited until I was able to message back (limited Internet) and was able to open the garage remotely. I was just blown away by everything and 100% 10/10 five stars would recommend.

My cat is new and Brittany took so much time and effort to check on her as she’s adjusting. By the end of the week she was walking by her and out and about. Really gave me peace of mind!

Katlyn was amazing! I felt really good about Katlyn from our initial texting and then when we met in person, it further confirmed what a good person she is. I had such peace of mind leaving and knowing Levi was in such good hands. Cats are much easier than dogs but Levi can be a handful & not everyone can deal with cats. Katlyn was attentive and provided excellent care. She will definitely be my go to sitter when we go out of town again.
