Gracie was very communicative and such a great help to my little guy! We recently lost our other cat so we were very worried about leaving Benny alone. Gracie gave Benny all the cuddles and attention he demanded and made sure to send us plenty of photos and updates. I highly recommend! Thanks again Gracie 😊

I cannot say enough about Stephanie! My son got married and my chi pup was going to alone over 12 hours. I had the great fortune to contact Stephanie thru Rover. Wow. Wow. Wow!!! Cammie had an absolute blast with Stephanie. I got numerous pictures throughout the night! I had no worries because Stephanie took such great care of her. Stephanie, if you get a chance stop back by and get your flowers. The card and the flowers were for you! You exceeded my expectations. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! We were nervous! Never had professional pet care before. Our dogs and cat are our BABIES! This just had to go great. NO room for anything to go wrong…. Our son has used ROVER before. A bunch of times. He made the recommendation for us to use ROVER. I found Caroline on the ROVER site in a hurry. That was easy. Great reviews and something just felt right. I filled out the details about our four legged family members and submitted a request. Nearly immediate reply, and we were in motion. A lot of chatting from me. I certainly overly communicated. Caroline read every word and replied promptly. We even did a meet and greet here at the house so the dogs could meet her and I could show her around. That was really comforting. Great rapport with the dogs right away. I felt really good about having reached out to ROVER. We were gone four days with two visits daily. Worked out great. Might want a third daily visit when we do this again. The constant communication including the pics of the pups was so reassuring during our trip! We seriously did not worry about them…not once! That is saying something, because I am normally nervous about anything like this!!! Caroline is atop our list for a repeat effort for any dog/cat sitting needs! Oh yeah: Beyond taking great care of the pets, Caroline was really respectful of the house and even helped with a minor situation when the dogs messed inside…. The word that comes to mind is “TRUST”. Good experience! Strongly recommend ROVER and specifically Caroline!

Olivia was so great with our precious pup while we were out of town! As a first time Rover user, we were a little hesitant at first, but booking Oliva was the best decision! I’m so happy we found someone we trust ❤️

Sharon always does an amazing job with ours cats Sophie and Bella, our cats feeling safe with her and we really appreciate it. We will definitely be using her in future.

Lindy was our first ever Rover experience. She took such great care of my cat Koda who requires twice a day insulin injections. Lindy showed up everyday on time and communicated throughout the week. She sent several photos of Koda while she was visiting. I am so appreciative of her, and I am so happy to find someone who I can trust with my pet. Will seek out Lindy when we need Rover services again!

Krista is my favorite pet sitter for my cat Jinx. She cleans her litter box, plays with her, sends amazing pictures of Jinx while I am away, took out my trash, and even brought Jinx a new cat toy that she loves. Thank you Krista!

Angela was nothing short of amazing! She is the first dog sitter we've ever hired and she far exceeded our expectations. She loved our boys so well while we were gone and kept us informed throughout our trip. After meeting her we felt completely at ease. 10/10 would recommend and she will be our go to moving forward.

Jillian was amazing while we were out of town! She stayed in contact with me, made sure Charlie had play time/snacks, and emptied the litter box. It is so nice to have someone you can trust in your home to pet sit. Definitely will use her again!

Thank you Erin for taking care of our sweet Maya while we were away. 5-Stars for Erin! She was accommodating and flexible and really came through for us. Erin took our request last minute and still graciously squeezed in a meet and greet. She took great care of our pup and we will certainly use her again next time we are away.
