Koda was well taken care of. 4 stars only due to the scheduled times not being stuck too (scheduled for 8a, arrived 1030a, 1145a). Will make sure to specify next time using rover that the times are important.

Melissa and her mom watched our dog and cat while we were gone for 5 days. They took such great care of our fur babies making sure they had food, water, and medicine and making sure they spent time hanging out with them and keeping them company. We appreciate all the updates, pictures, and videos we get. They help make us feel connected to our animals even when we are away. Melissa and her mom also went above and beyond when our entrance gate was having trouble closing and also making a high pitched siren sound by finding a way to close the gate and by following our instructions on how to stop the gate from producing a sound. We are very thankful Melissa is a sitter in our area.
We really appreciated Emma taking care of our boys while I was out of town! The check ins and pictures really made me feel happy
