Mackenzie came through for us when we had an out of town medical emergency. She replied quickly and worked with us every step of the way to accommodate our big baby. He had never been away from us and usually has separation anxiety so I expected him to be thrilled to see us when we got back but he acted like he could care less. I think he was almost sad to come home after all the fun he had with Mackenzie. I would recommend her to anyone. She was truly amazing!
