Preston did an absolutely outstanding job caring for our animals while we were away for a week. Our dog, who is both highly anxious and sometimes aggressive, completely warmed up to him - a true testament to Preston’s patience and skill. He not only gave our dog the care and attention he needed but also made sure our two cats, two mini horses, and donkey were all well cared for and happy. We came home to a tidy house, content animals, and total peace of mind knowing everything had been handled so well. My 1st time using Rover and I'm glad to have had a good experience with Stephanie. I have 2 cats and 1 is on medication so it's kind of a pain in the butt. Everything seemed to go great. Would recommend her and will use her again in the future.

Brooke was simply amazing! She took such fantastic care of my three cats while I was away, and it was abundantly clear she went above and beyond to ensure seamless communication (and sharing adorable pictures and updates!) from her visits. We love Caylei! Tim has some issues that make caring for him a challenge, but Caylei is 100% up to those challenges. Not only cash she manage his health needs, he ADORES her, which is really saying something for a persnickity cat. Lol. I appreciate Caylei so much. She gives frequent updates including photos and videos and anything else I might need to know about. 10/10 would recommend.

This was our second time booking with Merit for pet sitting and we highly recommend her!She provides detailed summaries of her visits along with photos of our fur babies after each visit. She goes above and beyond-- in addition to our cats she helped look after our 4 hens by checking their coop for eggs each day and giving them their daily treats. One of my cats requires sub-q injections every other day and she was also able to tend to her injections while we were away. We really appreciate how she cares about our pets while we our away. We will continue to book with her for future visits while we vacation. We highly recommend Merit if you are looking for a reliable, skilled, and caring pet sitter!
