Ellen recently took care of our fluffy baby, Ava, for the first time. We had never used Rover before, but had a last minute hospital admission that required us to find a pet sitter. Ellen was easy to communicate with, punctual and eased all our worries! She provided excellent care and attention to Ava and sent us updates & pictures during every visit.
