Cat Sitting in Hiawassee

I used Rover for the first time while away for the weekend. I had my cat with me because I am a travel nurse and she was being sent to my parents house for a vacation between assignments. We had to check out of our rental at 10am but weren’t heading out of town until the evening. Melani took her into her home and gave her a safe place to relax while we explored the area! It was such a relief not to worry about her. Melani even sent me a picture with an update that she was relaxing just fine!! Thank you very much for your kindness towards my girl!! Judy was a lifesaver! Not only did she do everything the way I asked (and I can be pretty particular) her updates were informative, and she was always so kind. Then my plane flight was cancelled due to weather and I couldn’t fly home for two more days, without hesitation she was able to keep coming out to see the animals. She’ll be my first stop anytime in the future when I need some Rover help! Thanks again, Judy!

This was the first time we had left Pip, our 12 year cat with anyone. We were nervous about how he would do having someone in his house. Could not have gone better. Dixie was great! Always sending updates, pictures and videos. Very obvious Pip was comfortable with her and glad to be in his own home. Will definitely schedule with Dixie again.

We were thrilled to find Jenna to care for our two kitties. She went above and beyond in providing pictures, videos, and text updates during her drop-in visits. She was thoughtful, trustworthy, and attentive- and my normally shy cats warmed up to her quickly! Our cats are our babies and she really treated them like her own. Five stars all around!

This was our first booking with Sarah and she did a great job of caring for our senior cats as well as keeping up with the house while we were away. We very much appreciate the care and would book again!

Deanna was exceptional in all areas. She kept us informed and posted great pictures. We even had a surprise incident with one of our cats and Deanna was so kind and gracious about the event. We would definitely recommend Deanna and we will rehire her again.

Out of all the Petsitters I’ve had - Belle was the best. I was very comfortable and didn’t worry about my cats at all while I was away because I knew they were in good hands with a true animal lover. Besides taking care of their needs like food, water and litter - she played with them and I could tell when I returned that they were just not as upset about me leaving them with a sitter this time. Plus they told me how much they love spending time with Belle! Will definitely look to use Belle again for our future needs. .

Madelon was super patient with my Nervous Nelly cat. She got him to eat treats from her hand, and he never hid from her (which he often does with cat sitters). Sent good updates and photos. Would definitely hire again!!
