Abigail is a very sweet and honest person, and I appreciated that she spent the day at home with Kulfi. She followed the schedule and instructions I provided (meals, potty breaks, and giving her companionship throughout the day). Her fiancé mainly came in the evenings to spend the night and then left for work the next morning. That said, a few small housekeeping details were missed and the care felt more basic than I’m used to, without much extra attentiveness beyond the essentials. However, Kulfi was safe and her routine was maintained. Suggestions to be an exceptional Rover sitter: Adding a bit more enrichment and “extra mile” care would make a big difference—an additional walk (or a longer walk), dedicated playtime sessions, mental stimulation like simple games/snuffle mat/puzzle treats, and a quick daily check-in with a couple photos/videos plus a short note about mood, appetite, potty/walk times, and energy level. I think a little time investment and physical activity would make her an exceptional rover sitter for the price and more worth it then boarding your furbabies.

Lila was incredible with our 8 month old golden. She knew exactly how to handle his puppy behaviors and was extremely kind and friendly to us as dog parents. We felt extremely safe and comfortable leaving our puppy with her and he also had a great time with his walks and morning relax. Thank you so much Lila. 10000000/10

Coming from someone who is picky and has a lot of quirky dogs, Megan is the best! I chose her because of her animal experience and then I let my dogs decide when she came to meet them. They said yes. They were clearly willing to trust her and she did such a thoughtful job caring for my crew that I trust her, too. Very highly recommended!

Hannah was a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly and regularly. Our mutts were happy and healthy when we returned home. Thank you Hannah!

We highly recommend Preston. He did a long stay housesitting for our super energetic 15 month old Belgian Malinois and our six-year-old super chill pit mix. We felt totally comfortable with him and our dogs were happy and healthy upon our return and our Belgian requires a lot of exercise and attention. He left our home perfect and we are already rebooked for another long stay in December. He was timely and responsive. Don’t hesitate, book him!

This was our first time in years using Rover, and Jody was just what we were looking for and more. Her communication was great and you can tell she is genuinely dedicated to her services. We will be a regular client with Jody going forward for sure!

Ally did a great job with my two Golden Retrievers! Much better and more piece of mind versus boarding my girls! Ally communicated with me daily regarding how the dogs were doing! I’ll use her again and highly recommend her!!!

Kaitlyn did a great job taking care of Ace and Theo while I was out of town. They both seemed to bond with her quickly. She sent pictures, gave updates, and didn't hesitate to ask questions when anything came up. Working at a Vet clinic gives her added insight and knowledge into taking care of pets. Both of the dogs take medication, and Ace recently had a back injury, so it was comforting to know that Kaitlyn could be on the lookout for anything unusual she might see. I didn't worry the whole time I was gone, which is a HUGE bonus when you're on vacation.

These two were INCREDIBLE! Was in a last minute pinch and it couldn’t have gone better. They took such good care of Roger while I was gone for the night and did a great job communicating & updating on happenings. 10/10.

Nevaeh watched my dog Lenny for 5 nights, and she kept me updated with pics and messages, so I was never worried about him. I returned to a clean house, which was nice after being gone on a trip. I'd recommend her and will definitely use her again.

We had a great experience with Sierra while we were away for a week! She took such good care of our pups by keeping them happy, entertained, and comforted with plenty of activities and snuggles. It was such a relief to know they were in good hands while we were gone. Sierra kept us updated throughout the week with texts and photos, which really put our minds at ease. She was also flexible when we thought our travel plans might change by offering to be accommodating and was easy to communicate with. One of the sweetest signs of how much our dogs loved her: even after we got back, they kept going into the room where Sierra stayed, clearly missing her. We’ll definitely be booking Sierra again in the future, and we’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!
