Kristen was awesome, I didn't know if my shy cat would warm up to her in a week but she totally did, in only a few days! I got pictures everyday even when she was hiding, and a description of how she was doing, how much she ate etc! she was always super responsive both before and during the booking.

Susan was fantastic in taking care of my cat while out of town. She’s professional, courteous, and very communicative to me while she spent time with Izzy. Even though Izzy is very shy with strangers, Susan spent quality time with her to make her feel more comfortable. I’ll definitely ask Susan to look after Izzy again in the future!
