We are so thankful and appreciative of Shaniece for giving our Chow Chow a chance. Most people are afraid of Pooh, but Shaniece was so patient and understanding. This was also my first time using Rover to be able to go on vacation so I was nervous, but Shaniece made me feel comfortable especially when we did the meet & greet. She is so kind, compassionate, sweet and genuine. I will definitely book again.

Thank you for taking such good care of Penny for us! She had such a great time with your family! Jennifer sent lots of pictures and updates to us while Penny was in her care. She was very flexible and accommodating and even was able to keep her longer when we decided to extend our trip. I definitely recommend Jennifer and her family for pet sitting. AMAZING! She went above and beyond for my dog! Took her to the vet when she had an ear infection and sent soooo many photos! She made me feel super comfortable leaving my puppy and took care of her like she was her own! THANK YOU! Can’t wait for her to play with Sunny again!

Kathy was great! This was my first time using any service of this nature and she set the bar very high. She is very professional and you can tell she loves dogs. We were able to meet prior to my Misty's stay and that gave me peace of mind! Lauren was wonderful to our new puppy Olly. This was my first time boarding for vacation and she immediately put my worries and fears at ease. We stopped in for a visit the week before our trip and knew as soon as we walked in the door that he would be safe and loved by her entire family. I especially enjoyed the videos and pictures along with updates during the week. We could not have been more happy with the love and care she showed Olly during his stay. I'm not sure he was ready to come home!

Andrea made sure I was informed Jess' entire stay. She sent photos and videos keeping me at ease. Very attentive to both mine and my pet's needs.

This was our first time leaving our dog here. Bryan and his wife had a meet and greet first to understand my dog’s personality and gave me some tips on how to train my dog. It was nice to see the other dogs playing and enjoying day care. She seemed to be happy in the pictures they sent and when we picked her up after 4 days. She is a shy dog and loves her humans more than other dogs but I think she needed the socializing with her own kind. Will definitely leave her again in the future.

My Romeo is very hyper. When I arrived to pick him up, he was pooped because he had so much fun with Brandi's dog. Romeo apparently had a great time. The children took a real liking to Romeo. Brandi provided playful photos. My only reservation is that I would have like to have seen inside the home and where my Romeo would be set-up. However, I am sure I will see it the next time we book with Brandi.

Duke loved staying with Susan and HoneyBuns! He made himself at home right away, and we got updates regularly with pictures. We will definitely be booking with her again!
