My hubby and I went to Mexico for 8 days and had never used Rover before. Susan did a wonderful job taking care of our furbabies. She gave us pics and updates while we were gone to give us peace of mind that our pets were happy and well taken care of so we could truly enjoy our vacation. Ashton took great care of our 3 dogs. 1 of our dogs was under the weather and Ashton kept us updated the entire time we were gone. I will definitely use Ashton again to watch our dogs. We were very happy with her and our dogs were happy and comfortable with Ashton.
Brandon did a great job drop-in dog sitting for us. He was on time for each visit and sent us plenty of picture updates. Our dogs and home were just as we left them. No problems at all.
