Listened to how Miller prefers walks, asked questions on how I like certain things to be done and made sure the route she was planning to take their walk on was acceptable or if I’d rather her take another route. Will definitely be using Heather again and can’t wait to get on her weekly schedule! Truly empathetic and strives to make our experience excellent with her customer service skills and loves animals!
