I absolutely trust Shelby with all my pets, including a very senior cat. Shelby is super responsible and obviously cares about the pets she's taking care of.

Taylor was incredibly professional from start to finish. She even jumped on a FaceTime call with me beforehand and asked thoughtful questions about Merlin’s allergies and the details of each visit to make sure everything was done perfectly. It was very clear she took the time to really know Merlin, including his behavior, personality, and specific needs, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. During the visit, she was extremely attentive and kept me informed about how Merlin was doing. She cleaned up any messes he made and sent me a ton of photos along with a video, which I really appreciated. I felt completely confident knowing he was in great hands. I would absolutely recommend Taylor and will definitely be having her come by again.

I can't recommend Taylor enough! She took incredible care of my 15-year-old cat, Ashes, who is currently in hospice care. Taylor was very easy to get in touch with, followed all my instructions perfectly, and was a joy to communicate with. She truly went above and beyond to make sure Ashes was well cared for. Christine took great care of my two cats while I was out of town. I received updates and felt comfortable knowing she was feeding them daily.
