My hubby and I went to Mexico for 8 days and had never used Rover before. Susan did a wonderful job taking care of our furbabies. She gave us pics and updates while we were gone to give us peace of mind that our pets were happy and well taken care of so we could truly enjoy our vacation. Crissy was very knowledgable and kind! She sent me some pictures of Ramona throughout her stay and left my apartment really clean, as well. She carefully follows instructions and will make sure to get the job done. I recommend her to anyone and I'll definitely use her again to watch my girl!

Natalie did an awesome job of taking care of our little Elvas for 5 days. She met or exceeded our every expectation. Natalie communicated with us regularly to let us know how it was going, sending lots of pictures to show Elvas was being well cared for. We’ll definitely use her services again.
