Preston did an absolutely outstanding job caring for our animals while we were away for a week. Our dog, who is both highly anxious and sometimes aggressive, completely warmed up to him - a true testament to Preston’s patience and skill. He not only gave our dog the care and attention he needed but also made sure our two cats, two mini horses, and donkey were all well cared for and happy. We came home to a tidy house, content animals, and total peace of mind knowing everything had been handled so well. Joanne was fabulous watching our 3 cats! She was on time and communicated each visit, with photos too. She was a big hit with the kitties, including our skittish stray we took in almost a year ago. By day two, she was out from under the bed making friends with Joanne. Our vacation was tons of fun and without any worry as I knew Joanne had everything under control. Nik was very prompt with communication and, most importantly, took EXCELLENT care of our two cats. He arrived promptly at the designated time and sent fun photos of our fur babies. I highly recommend him!
