Stephanie is very kind and definitely knows how to work with stubborn animals! She sends pictures and she loves on all the animals! She’s worked with our wonky schedule, too! Definitely want to use Stephanie again for our future trips!

I was just as pleased the second time I used her as I was the first. Dogs are super excited to see her and even our timid big dog warmed up to her on just the second visit. If the dogs like her then I like her! She takes time with them as well as my senior cat. Excellent communication and shows up when scheduled. Made the initiative to reach out a few days in advance to confirm we are still good to go. I appreciate that!
