She is very responsible, professional and was very good with communication which was a must for us since our sweet Poot is older and needs more attention. She sent us updates with pictures and Mackensi was very helpful with giving Poot his daily medication. Mackensi was also very flexible with her time and easily accommodated our much changing schedules which was so helpful. I definitely will be recommending Mackensi to all of my dog/cat moms in the Golden Isles!
