⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience with Andrew! He proactively provided regular updates and made sure he understood exactly what Franklin needed — especially important as he is an anxious puppy. That gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. At the end of Franklin’s stay, we could tell he had an incredible time hanging out with Andrew. He came home happy and relaxed, which says everything. Andrew only takes care of one dog at a time, which made the experience feel very personal and attentive. We felt completely comfortable leaving Franklin in his care. Highly recommend — book him while you can!

Dianica watched my cat for a week, and she was fantastic! She took my last-minute booking request when I was in a bind and made the whole experience stress-free. My cat had never been around other cats before, but she was so careful about introducing him to her cats and another boarder who was there. What I loved most was getting regular picture updates throughout the week - it was nice seeing my cat settling in well at her house. You can tell she really knows cats and cares about making them comfortable. Definitely booking with her again for my next trip. If you're looking for a home environment for your cat with someone who knows what they're doing, I highly recommend her!

Nicole again was great with Cooper and sent me pictures daily while I was out of town! Very quick with responding and he’s tired and happy after his stay

Chrissy was great!!! Apollo loved staying there and playing with her dog Winston. She sent photos and kept us updated on his stay. We will be rebooking in the future!!

Kayla was warm and wonderful. My dog walked away from me and to her without even looking back! 😂 She sent video updates and fed and housed her. She even helped socialize her with the other dogs. She was flexible on pick up and drop off. Further, She did it all at a reasonable price! Don’t hesitate to make her your regular sitter!

First impressions can be everything! This being my first experience with boarding my dog Pebbles I was really anxious. However, the care and consideration that I received from Sitong was excellent. Sitong was really responsive in setting up a meet and greet. During which time, I was able to assess the environment where Pebbles would be housed. This act in itself, did wonders in relieving my stress and anxiety at the idea of leaving Pebbles for 10 days. I was updated frequently thru text with pics. I was made aware of concerns and addressed accordingly. I am so thankful for such a great experience. Pebbles seems well adjusted with the time she spent. I will definitely use this provider again. Actually I intend to use Sitong exclusively if possible. Phenomenal experience for me and Pebbles.

Almasa was really great with Nico. She had all the different activities and toys to keep Nico and his newly made friends busy and happy. She posted Nico’s pictures daily which kept us at ease knowing that he is safe and having fun.

Astrid was incredibly helpful on short notice and took great care of my dog. Communication was clear and consistent, and I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Paola did a great job taking care of our puppy. She gave regular updates and was very attentive to our dog's needs -- and her moods! Every day, moreover, Paola sent us pictures of our dog relaxing, going for a walk, etc. She and her partner are kind and easy to communicate with.
