House Sitting in Oxford

Catecha was absolutely wonderful with both of our dogs—our sweet senior Yorkie, Atticus, and our high-energy Doodle, Luna. From the photos she shared, it was clear the dogs adjusted quickly to us being away and felt comfortable right from the start. They cuddled up to her almost immediately, which says everything about the care and affection she gave them. When we returned, our home was immaculate, and Atticus and Luna were waiting at the door just like always—happy, calm, and well cared for. Catecha truly treated our fur babies like her own. We will definitely be using Catecha again in 2026, as we already have multiple trips planned. Just don’t take our spot! 😊 Thank you again, Catecha, for taking such amazing care of our pups—we couldn’t have asked for better. 🐾💙

Kayleigh is a very sweet girl and was very good with Murphy! She is easygoing and is respectful and responsible. You can tell she loves to be with animals.

Mary was awesome! I was nervous about leaving someone in our house with Mag, but she did a good job! This was the 1st for me as my regular person was unavailable. Mary sent updates, and Mag was in a good mood when we came home. I would definitely use her again..

Victoria was simply amazing!! Milkyway just loved her . . . she was so attentive with him and that is what he is used to. I so appreciate her being here. Thank you so much Victoria!!!

Abigail is a very sweet and honest person, and I appreciated that she spent the day at home with Kulfi. She followed the schedule and instructions I provided (meals, potty breaks, and giving her companionship throughout the day). Her fiancé mainly came in the evenings to spend the night and then left for work the next morning. That said, a few small housekeeping details were missed and the care felt more basic than I’m used to, without much extra attentiveness beyond the essentials. However, Kulfi was safe and her routine was maintained. Suggestions to be an exceptional Rover sitter: Adding a bit more enrichment and “extra mile” care would make a big difference—an additional walk (or a longer walk), dedicated playtime sessions, mental stimulation like simple games/snuffle mat/puzzle treats, and a quick daily check-in with a couple photos/videos plus a short note about mood, appetite, potty/walk times, and energy level. I think a little time investment and physical activity would make her an exceptional rover sitter for the price and more worth it then boarding your furbabies.

Perfect as always! Brandi is very diligent and hardworking while also personally loving our spoiled babies. We are very grateful to have found her!

Kira was exceptional! Our english bulldog, Lily, made a new best friend. She was so responsive, professional, and most importantly kind to our little girl. When we got home Lily was calm and we knew she got the care and love that she needed and deserved. 10/10 would recommend Kira to everyone! Thank you again for being so amazing! ♡

Tara did an amazing job. She proactively communicated prior to me leaving to ensure everything was set. The dogs loved her and she shared photos of the pups with me while I was away.

we are so happy we had Donnis to take care of our fur babies. she sent us pictures of our babies and always made sure we were not worried about Zeb, baby and frappe. she came to visit with us twice before we left which I loved! she is just the sweetest and we will be using her again!

Joanna was wonderful. This was a last minute request. She was prompt in communitating every step of the way. She sent pictures of the pups often and took really good care of the dogs. No complaints at all. I would definetely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.

We highly recommend Preston. He did a long stay housesitting for our super energetic 15 month old Belgian Malinois and our six-year-old super chill pit mix. We felt totally comfortable with him and our dogs were happy and healthy upon our return and our Belgian requires a lot of exercise and attention. He left our home perfect and we are already rebooked for another long stay in December. He was timely and responsive. Don’t hesitate, book him!
