Carrie went above and beyond to ensure that our sweet Bernese Mountain dog was taken care of and happy while we were away for 8 days. The degree of communication was outstanding, and offered much peace of mind. She went out of her way to move cushions and a fan indoors before the hurricane hit our area. Exceptional and loving service!

Annabelle was so great with our two cats. One takes medication and with cats that can be tricky, but she was so patient. Would book her again in a heartbeat!

We are so grateful for Kayla! She was able to fit us in on short notice, and the care she gave to my senior pup, Mozart, was truly above and beyond. It’s not easy to find someone who can handle the unique needs of an older dog—but Kayla was patient, gentle, and incredibly attentive. She sent a super detailed report after her visit, which really gave me peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and takes her role seriously. Mozart was calm and cared for, and that means the world to me. Kayla is amazing—kind, professional, and wonderful with Mozart. We feel lucky to have found her!

Laila was fantastic with our special needs kitty! Our baby is anxious and apprehensive towards new people. He hides and won't eat when nervous. He also requires multiple medications and an inhaler at specific times of day. She was able to adapt to his needs and coax him out from his hiding places with ease. He ate for her and warmed up to her quickly, which he usually takes multiple days to do so before trusting someone. Laila listened attentively to his needs and schedule and left our home clean. She was everything we have been looking for! We will definitely book her again!

I'm one of those weird pet parents that always worried about my pets the whole time I was away. Thanks to Kendall, this is not the case anymore! My kitty, who is generally shy with strangers, went right up to Kendall on her first visit to our home. I was shocked! I highly recommend Kendall if you want responsible, loving pet care.
