Susan was fantastic in taking care of my cat while out of town. She’s professional, courteous, and very communicative to me while she spent time with Izzy. Even though Izzy is very shy with strangers, Susan spent quality time with her to make her feel more comfortable. I’ll definitely ask Susan to look after Izzy again in the future!

Kayla was so kind and compassionate towards my cats. I hate leaving them, but she made me feel a lot more comfortable knowing they were being loved like her own. She even won over my extremely shy cat which usually takes a few visits.

Carrie went above and beyond to ensure that our sweet Bernese Mountain dog was taken care of and happy while we were away for 8 days. The degree of communication was outstanding, and offered much peace of mind. She went out of her way to move cushions and a fan indoors before the hurricane hit our area. Exceptional and loving service!

Annabelle is the best! She does everything asked of her and then some. She also asks questions if she is not sure about something. She is consistent and does a great job of keeping the pet owner informed of everything that is going on while we are away. I would highly recommend her!

Layla is simply the best sitter out there. This is our seventh time hiring her for anywhere from one night to three weeks. This time it was 2.5 weeks. Layla is so attentive, kind, thoughtful and considerate to the needs of our kitty. He has several special needs requiring complex medication administration and a special diet. He is also very shy of new people but quickly warmed up to Layla and now knows her and is immediately comfortable each time he sees her. Layla always keeps in touch with thoughtful and thorough details and sends Rover cards with many adorable pics of our kitty. She is just a deeply kind and good person who is always doing her best, and her best is exceptional. We feel incredibly fortunate and lucky to know her and for her to be our cat's sitter. If there were 6 stars out of 5, she would easily have that rating.

I'm one of those weird pet parents that always worried about my pets the whole time I was away. Thanks to Kendall, this is not the case anymore! My kitty, who is generally shy with strangers, went right up to Kendall on her first visit to our home. I was shocked! I highly recommend Kendall if you want responsible, loving pet care. Daniel was very dependable. And his pictures with Allie were so cute. He was specific about their walks and encounters while out, and he enjoyed his time with her. I could tell that Allie liked Daniel. I would book him again!

This review is far overdue. Benjamin has been absolutely fantastic with every visit. I am a regular repeat customer and moved to the area with my kittens in April 2021. Both of my now cats were bottle fed and raised by me in 2020. I started bringing Benjamin in weekly for drop-in visits in June 2020, while I was at work, to help socialize them at a young age. With the pandemic, bringing someone in regularly was the best option. I did not want cats that were absolutely terrified of anyone that came into my apartment. The method was very successful. One of my cats is a little more shy than the other, but her trust for Benjamin comes out any time he is over to help me out during long workdays/workweeks. When I do travel, both cats are boarded, and I entirely contribute their well-being during boarding to the socialization time they had with Benjamin early in their life. For anyone out there looking for someone to provide care to their reptile, Benjamin is the perfect fit. He has been the best sitter I have ever had for my Dragon, Rico, and this comparison is across 4 states in the last 5 years. He is the first sitter I hired who claimed to be perfectly fine with reptiles and NOT AFRAID of Rico. When the cats are not interested in playtime, he includes photos of him petting and holding Rico in the visit recap. Without hesitation, Benjamin reaches out if he any of my 3 babies are behaving differently than normal. I am very thankful for Benjamin, his wife and family who have all contributed to the well-being of my babies.

Leonardo has taken care of my fur babies on numerous occasions now. I trust him with my house and caring for my dog. He is detail oriented and a great communicator.

Gillian is a dog whisperer for sure! She went above and beyond during a stay with our pup. Always prompt and responsive and she handled an unexpected situation at our home with ease and professionalism
