Ashley was a great sitter for our cat, Shen. She communicated with me regularly and sent cute photos. She told me each day what Shen was up to and varied her schedule to come at the best times for him. She also took care of a little crisis we had with our fish pond that was above and beyond her responsibilities! Ashely is reliable, responsible, and friendly. Teona went above and beyond with our two kitties while we were on a two week overseas trip. We just moved to St. Simons and were a bit nervous using Rover for the first time, but it was clear upon the get go that our girls were in good hands. Upon her arrival, she found that the A/C had gone out sometime shortly after our departure and it was 90+ degrees in our home. She contacted me immediately and helped set up fans for the kitties while we waited for it to be repaired. She even came back later that night on her own accord to make sure they were okay and that the A/C had indeed been fixed. It was so comforting to know we had a sitter who cared so much for our cats despite just meeting them! One of our kitties, Nori, has hardly ever come out for past sitters (she’s a bit shy and likes to hide when strangers are around), but she warmed up to Teona in no time, truly highlighting how good she is with pets! I would highly recommend Teona and we will definitely be booking her for future trips!

Emma has been a lifesaver for us! She has taken such great care of our pets, including this last session when our dog was having major medical issues. Melanie is an exceptional dog sitter. My dog usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but with Melanie, they became fast friends almost instantly. Katia watched our 9 year old Aussie over the Christmas holiday for us. She as such a blessing and was so sweet and loving to our boy. Thanks to Katia we were able to make the trip to see family and knew our dog was as being well taken care of. She communicated well with us and was very timely. We hope to rebook Katia in the future if needed.

Nicole is the best sitter. She always sends the cutest most playful pictures and keeps me updated on what Sylvester and her did that day. I can count on her to show up at a consistent time each morning and her communication is great.
