Annabelle is the best! She does everything asked of her and then some. She also asks questions if she is not sure about something. She is consistent and does a great job of keeping the pet owner informed of everything that is going on while we are away. I would highly recommend her!

Only reason for four stars instead of five is I would have liked more communication about status of animals. Otherwise both the dog and the cat were in good spirits and obviously had not been too stressed about me being away for one week. I will use Rhonda for any future needs when they arise.

This was my first time using Rover and my sister and I were nervous about leaving with our cats with someone we, and our cats, don't know. But with Amy, we were put at ease right away. Amy responded so quickly to my request and was willing to work with our schedules to do the intro and hand off. She was consistent with sharing photos, and we could tell that the cats were comfortable under her care. It was important to us to find someone who shares our love for cats and Amy really does. I would recommend her to any pet parent!
