Kim was absolutely amazing! She was so good with Mylo. She took such good care of him during the holidays so that I can attend my family gatherings. She is very transparent, reliable and communicative. If the need ever arises again, I will definitely rebook her.

As a first time user of Rover, I have to say it was a great first experience! Cristina was wonderful and I will definitely be requesting her services again! She provided drop-in services for me since I prefer my dogs to stay in the comfort of their own home. She is courteous, kind, and attentive...I felt very confident that Buttons & Bowden were in good hands and being well cared for. Her communication was great, she provided updates and pictures of my fur babies. I highly recommend Cristina!

Sierra is the cat whisperer! I was surprised that my cat, Silvermist, was comfortable to be around her! Silvermist tended to hide from any petsitters or visitors. Sierra was very kind to my 18 years old cat!! I would have her again in the future!!

I was definitely hesitant to use Rover but I’m so happy I did. Emily and her girls gave River so much love while I was working a double at the hospital. I’ll definitely be booking with Emily again in the future (:

Sara was fantastic to work with. She was very flexible with me at the last minute and was willing to help me with some extra things since I had to leave for a trip suddenly. Sara cared a lot about making a connection with my somewhat aloof/skittish cat, and I had no doubt that my cat would warm up to her, and she did. I can’t wait to use Sara again, and would recommend her to anyone. She is very kind, to animals, and to the people she’s helping. I am so grateful for her and all the care that she provided for my cat, and me, to get through a stressful situation.

This was my second time booking with Emily! First time was to stay a few nights with my dog and 3 cats, and this time was for a few drop-ins for the kitties. Emily is excellent! She goes above and beyond. So nice to be able to call on someone you trust to care for the critters.
