Dog Boarding in Stone Mountain

We hadn't used Rover before and were nervous about it, but Meredith made our cat's stay super relaxing and stress-free! We hadn't taken a true vacation in ages, so it was a great experience. Got lots of updates and always felt like our kitty was taken care of. Props and thanks!

Forever grateful for Janii with my last minute sitting request. She was very responsive and Bentley seems to have enjoyed his stay. I will be booking her for future needs!

Stella can be a lot to handle, but she did so well with Jessica and Kristen. She’ll be coming back for holiday travel and most likely future work trips!

Oscar and Kellie were amazing with Luna. They made her feel completely at home and treated her like family. Dana was wonderful. I had a last minute trip come up and contacted Dana to keep my Louie. She was so sweet and accommodating. She sent updates of how things were going through out the stay. I know he had a great time. I will definitely use her again.

Skye was so wonderful for our puppy’s first stay away from home. She kept him on schedule and even taught him a valuable skill of walking up and down the stairs! Although we tried and tried, he was too scared to try at home; but gained confidence to try with her and his new puppy friends! We can’t wait to schedule our next visit. It felt like he was staying with family and we received updates daily. He had a great time!

I always love leaving my little Lassi with Kristen and Jason! I know she has a blast with them. They are super easy to work with and attentive. I highly recommend them!

Owen is a very soft spoken individual, that spent a good chunk of him time answering all 1,000 of my questions. He was courteous the entire time. We utilized a local boarding facility that, after 2 years, left a bad taste in our mouth. We decided to explore Rover options, and out of 5 individuals we wrote, Owen was the ONLY person to take the time to speak with us. He was very compassionate with our dogs, spent time with them, played with them, etc. Sure he might be $10/$15 more than the “average” person on Rover, but even if he was triple everyone else’s rates, Owen is a prime example of “you get what you pay for”. Our 2 Pyrs are our kids, and we would want no less than the attention and care Owen showed them in his home. We look forward to booking with Owen again, and would NOT hesitate to recommend him to anyone. To describe the doggy den (basement), it was a clean environment. It didn’t smell like dog urine, dog food, wet dog, etc. it was clean and tighty. There were multiple couches, beds, crates, and even exposed concrete flooring (my dogs love cold hard concrete). He uses twinkle lights for soft lighting, so your dogs aren’t blasted by extreme white LEDs. He had very low playing, calming jazz (genius if you ask me). It was also a very quiet environment, and I truly believe that help keep his visitors calm and relaxed vs over stimulating from other dogs constantly barking. His backyard is AWESOME. He has a walking path around a pond. Seriously where else are you going to find a pond for your dog?! It’s also fenced in, so there is little worry of your dog escaping. Even if they do, he utilizes QR code tags, so anyone can scan them if they find your dog. Dogs not good off leash? Well he has a massive theater system that will allow your dog to explore, and not be limited to a 4ft leash. TL;DR, Owen is awesome. Just book with him.

Kayla was warm and wonderful. My dog walked away from me and to her without even looking back! 😂 She sent video updates and fed and housed her. She even helped socialize her with the other dogs. She was flexible on pick up and drop off. Further, She did it all at a reasonable price! Don’t hesitate to make her your regular sitter!

This was my first time using Rover. Anais was kind to answer all my (many) questions and to ease all concerns. She was flexible with pick up/drop off times, which I really appreciated. Every day I got pictures of my dogs and an update on how they were doing. I highly recommend Anais!

Maria made Tashi feel right at home and sent me updates. He is a little standoffish but looked like he settled in and had a great time....a new second home. I didn't have a moments worry. Thank You Maria
