Emilee is thorough, conscientious, and a great communicator! My cat Pilgrim is 16 years old with kidney disease, basically a cranky old lady that Emilee coaxed into playing for a moment or two on Day Two of the cat-sitting job. We highly recommend Madison. She stayed with our cats for over 30 minutes during her drop in visit. This was our first time using Rover, and Madison represented the brand extremely well.
