I couldn’t be happier with the care that Javier and Cristina gave to my dog, Picadelly! They were absolutely wonderful, keeping me updated with pictures, so I could see how happy and well-cared-for my dog was in their hands. It gave me so much peace of mind. Picadelly looked like he was having the best time! I will definitely be coming back to them whenever I need help again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving and attentive pet care team!

Kayla was warm and wonderful. My dog walked away from me and to her without even looking back! 😂 She sent video updates and fed and housed her. She even helped socialize her with the other dogs. She was flexible on pick up and drop off. Further, She did it all at a reasonable price! Don’t hesitate to make her your regular sitter!

Dianica watched my cat for a week, and she was fantastic! She took my last-minute booking request when I was in a bind and made the whole experience stress-free. My cat had never been around other cats before, but she was so careful about introducing him to her cats and another boarder who was there. What I loved most was getting regular picture updates throughout the week - it was nice seeing my cat settling in well at her house. You can tell she really knows cats and cares about making them comfortable. Definitely booking with her again for my next trip. If you're looking for a home environment for your cat with someone who knows what they're doing, I highly recommend her!

Dana was wonderful. I had a last minute trip come up and contacted Dana to keep my Louie. She was so sweet and accommodating. She sent updates of how things were going through out the stay. I know he had a great time. I will definitely use her again.

Lauren and William were amazing sitters for Nala while I was on a work trip. They were communicative, reliable, and clearly took great care of her. I felt totally at ease knowing she was in such good hands, and Nala came back happy and well cared for. I really appreciated the updates and how thoughtful they were throughout the stay. I would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring sitters.

Our Sandy was well cared for, and this was her (and our) first experience boarding her. Marissa took great care of her, and has a wonderful “dog friendly” backyard for our dog to play. We will definitely rebook with Marissa next time we need boarding. Thanks Marissa!

Laura was fantastic! She responded right away when I initially requested the booking. She sent regular updates with photos and videos while my dog was with her and made sure I was aware of any issues that came up. I highly recommend Laura!

I cannot recommend Shea and Brandon highly enough! As a first time Rover user, I was naturally nervous about leaving my dog Maya with someone new for six days. Those nerves completely melted away thanks to their exceptional care and communication. From the very beginning, Shea and Brandon made everything incredibly easy. They were flexible with pickup and drop off times, which took so much stress out of the process. Throughout Maya's entire stay, they kept me updated with regular photos and videos that showed my girl having the time of her life. Their responsiveness was outstanding, I never had to wonder how Maya was doing because they were so proactive about sharing updates. When Maya was dropped off, I could immediately tell she'd had a wonderful experience. She was happy, relaxed, and clearly well adjusted rather than stressed from being away from home. It was obvious she'd received plenty of activity and exercise, and she looked well fed, clean, and content. Seeing her so comfortable after her first stay with another family told me everything I needed to know about the quality of care Shea and Brandon provide. Shea and Brandon treated Maya like she was their own, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such capable and caring hands.

Lauren and Danny were great hosts to our puppy St.! They were very responsiveness, quick at communicating and allowed us to do a meet and greet prior to his boarding day to see if this would be a good fit for both parties. We appreciate their attentiveness with providing us photo and video updates and care during St.’s time with them. Would recommend for other dog owners.

Pierre stayed for the second time with Oscar and Kellie’s family and seemed like he had a real blast and a staycation! Got lots of pictures and updates and they’re were very kind!!

Amazing Dog Sitter! Astrid took such great care of my dog! She was loving, patient, and kept me updated with pictures and messages. I could tell my pup felt safe and happy in her care. Stella can be a lot to handle, but she did so well with Jessica and Kristen. She’ll be coming back for holiday travel and most likely future work trips!

Lawanda and her family took wonderful care of our grandpuppy. She sent daily updates with photos. If our son returns with his dog again and we need a pet sitter, we would definitely use her again.

First impressions can be everything! This being my first experience with boarding my dog Pebbles I was really anxious. However, the care and consideration that I received from Sitong was excellent. Sitong was really responsive in setting up a meet and greet. During which time, I was able to assess the environment where Pebbles would be housed. This act in itself, did wonders in relieving my stress and anxiety at the idea of leaving Pebbles for 10 days. I was updated frequently thru text with pics. I was made aware of concerns and addressed accordingly. I am so thankful for such a great experience. Pebbles seems well adjusted with the time she spent. I will definitely use this provider again. Actually I intend to use Sitong exclusively if possible. Phenomenal experience for me and Pebbles.

Paola was great with our Zoe!!! She sent so many pictures was very responsive and make sure she had lots of walks and attention while we were on our trip. We definitely recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs!

My five-year-old doodle had her first stay with Juan and Odie. She stayed nine days and I can tell she was well taken care of. She and Odie got along like good old friends. Juan is an excellent communicator. He sent me occasional updates and pictures which I appreciated. He responds very quickly to any direct communications I sent him. We’ve already signed up for four more engagements with Juan and Odie. I highly recommend this sitter.

Sandrine was a fantastic sitter for our dog, Henri. From when I first messaged her to confirm her availability to the end of Henri's stay, she was very communicative and always responded quickly. She shared so many pictures and videos of Henri throughout the stay, and it was clear that he was always having a great time and was treated like he was a part of the family. I will definitely reach out to Sandrine for future stays, and I know Henri will be excited to visit her again and play in their huge yard!
