Lauren was great with my two cats!! She was prompt and quick to reply. One cat is super temperamental and Lauren was able to get him to become used to her in just the first visit. She is very thorough & follows their normal routines so well. We will definitely be booking with her again.

Abigail took care of our cats while we were away from home during thanksgiving. She's very responsive. When our frontdoor passcode didn't work she patiently waited for us to respond and remotely open another entry so that we didn't have to schedule another session. We'd definitely like to request her assistance when we have another chance.

Stephen was so wonderful when we went on a week vacation. He fed, watered and took such great care of their cat boxes. He scooped it to the point the litter looked brand new.
