House Sitting in Whistleville

This was our first time having Kaitlyn watch our animals / house and she did a great job! She kept things tidy and kept my plants alive which is a bonus. Highly recommend, except for the days when we will need her again!

Charlotte is fantastic! She keeps her booking calendar up to date, sends confirmation prior to scheduled sitting, and provides daily updates with numerous photos. She left our home in great condition, and most importantly, took excellent care of our dog, Bella!

AMAZING! We will definitely be using Kc again and would recommend her to anyone! She was very responsive and did very well with specific quirks with our german shepherd. also came back to a suped clean house.

I cannot say enough about the care that our dog, Umi received from Bri! Umi was well fed and played with when we were away for one week . I have received texts and pictures while we have been gone updating me on the activities. I can honestly say that I do not worry about Umi at all while we were gone. It is so nice to be able to leave Umi and know that she is loved and well taken care of when we cannot be with her.

Emalee was great with our dogs! She came and met us a few days before the sitting, and made she she knew all of the details. She kept us updated pretty constantly with pictures and how the dogs were doing. We will definitely be booking with her again!

We highly recommend Preston. He did a long stay housesitting for our super energetic 15 month old Belgian Malinois and our six-year-old super chill pit mix. We felt totally comfortable with him and our dogs were happy and healthy upon our return and our Belgian requires a lot of exercise and attention. He left our home perfect and we are already rebooked for another long stay in December. He was timely and responsive. Don’t hesitate, book him!

She is supper sweet. She provided what my babies need. And really flexible with my last minute needs. Keep me posted on my babies

Donnis is kind and took very good care of my cat and dog. I left quite a lot of details and she not only did what I asked but also went above and beyond. I came back to my home and animals well cared for.

Abigail is a very sweet and honest person, and I appreciated that she spent the day at home with Kulfi. She followed the schedule and instructions I provided (meals, potty breaks, and giving her companionship throughout the day). Her fiancé mainly came in the evenings to spend the night and then left for work the next morning. That said, a few small housekeeping details were missed and the care felt more basic than I’m used to, without much extra attentiveness beyond the essentials. However, Kulfi was safe and her routine was maintained. Suggestions to be an exceptional Rover sitter: Adding a bit more enrichment and “extra mile” care would make a big difference—an additional walk (or a longer walk), dedicated playtime sessions, mental stimulation like simple games/snuffle mat/puzzle treats, and a quick daily check-in with a couple photos/videos plus a short note about mood, appetite, potty/walk times, and energy level. I think a little time investment and physical activity would make her an exceptional rover sitter for the price and more worth it then boarding your furbabies.

This was our first time in years using Rover, and Jody was just what we were looking for and more. Her communication was great and you can tell she is genuinely dedicated to her services. We will be a regular client with Jody going forward for sure!

We used Eric for the first time this past weekend to take care of our 3 dogs in our home. Eric was professional and the dogs, and our house, was well taken care of. Our two English Bulldogs and blind, diabetic Pom can be a handful, but Eric made it seem easy.

Jennifer did a great job of watching our 3 dogs in our home over the holidays! She was communicative and sent daily updates and pictures which made us feel more at ease being able to see our babies while we were away missing them! We would definitely use Jennifer again 😊
