Katie is the BOMB! We needed to find someone SUPER last minute to care for our 2 kitties for almost a whole week. I didn't even have time to meet her in person before leaving for the trip - no time! Plus, we had never hired someone from Rover before. Katie made us feel so safe leaving our fur babies with her. She replied right away, did everything we asked of her, and delivered top-notch service throughout. She overdelivered and was overall just amazing. NOT TO MENTION that our flight was delayed by a day on our way back, and Katie was able to come another day so our pets were cared for. She saved the day yet again! Katie's the best, the end.
Tonja was amazing! She was really understanding when my flight got delayed and was able to come take my dogs out again after a short notice. I really appreciate all she did!
