Natalie is great- super sweet and very reliable! She dropped in daily to take care of my two kitties while I was out of town for an entire week. She was very responsive when I messaged her a couple of details I had forgotten while I was away. She consistently checked in around 11am every day, even though I told her I didn't really care if she stuck to that time or wanted to be more flexible.
