Valerie has been fantastic! She gives her full attention to Ottis and T and is very kind. I do not feel like I have to worry about them while they are in her hands

Payton was great! Very attentive and took great care of my fur baby.

Sherri was incredibly friendly and communicative — she sent lots of pictures and updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We never had to worry about our pups! She even stepped in for a last-minute drop-in visit, which was a total lifesaver. We’ll definitely be booking with Sherri again for our next trip!

Absolutely impeccable! This was the first time since we've ever left our cats for even a night. Jennifer came by, introduced herself to our cats and ourselves, she asked questions we didn't think about, and she was wonderful to boot. One of our cats were obviously very confused and worried but she managed to ensure she laid eyes on them each visit; they actually came out and didn't cower every time she came over. The biggest thing for me is that she gave us REAL updates. I know we'd all love to hear our pets are doing fantastic and having their normal lives without us but I greatly appreciated that she told us when they were in super-hide mode, if they didn't eat dinner, when they did, how they were behaving and so forth. She also sent us pictures of both of our cats each visit even if they were hiding and it made us feel so much better. We couldn't access our camera we set up to see the cats until we got home so when we clicked around we saw the best video ever; She had camped out on the floor while our cats were hiding under the bed and simply hung out for awhile. The next morning our cats actually ventured out and played around so they obviously were comforted. She is so attentive and caring! She also gave me some pep talks since I think I had worse separation anxiety than the cats did. Needless to say - the best and our go-to!

Ana took great care of our cat while we were away! She was always on time and made sure our cat’s feeding schedule was maintained. She played with him and made sure he was happy. Thank you Ana!!

It is such a weight off my vacationing mind to leave my home and fur babies in caring hands. Tamara did a wonderful job taking care of our girls and sent us great updates with lots of photos throughout our trip so we didn’t miss them too much.
