Jasen is responsible and attentive! We've utilized his services several times already and we are overly pleased. Because of Jasen's services we have continued with Rover.

Emily took care of our two cats with genuine love and make them feel safe and loved. She is reliable, punctual and we had a wonderful customer experience with her. Caroline was kind and patient with all of our notes , the first time car caring for our two kitties. I felt that she truly cared about their happiness and well-being when we were away. She paid attention to all of the details and provided photos, updates and exceptional care. It was easier to be away, knowing that our animal family was in the best of hands. Abigail was great being very attentive and patient with our 12 ur old and 2 year old kitties with very strong and polar characters. We enjoyed our Jamaica trip and being able to see pictures of our kitties enjoying themselves.
