House Sitting in Camp H. M. Smith

I am soooooooo glad I found Rebecca! She agreed to watch our dog, Mandoo, with pretty short notice. We did one meet-and-greet and I could tell right away that Mandoo would be in excellent hands. That turned out to be a huge understatement! Rebecca started sending photos right away, and it’s so reassuring to see that our "baby" is happy and being well taken care of. Rebecca housesat and I just showed her what to do once and she got it right away (feeding fish, watering plants, where to take the trash, etc.) I got updates every day – both photos and videos. I really can’t say enough about Rebecca. Like I told her, I would give her ten stars out of five. Just so happy that she was available and I will DEFINITELY request her in the future.

Karina was seriously so amazing! not only did she care for our baby like she was her own, but she also took such great care of our home. She listened to what kya’s routine was and sent many updates. We will definitely hire her again!

Jessica was an amazing dog sitter!! She did a meet and greet before hand and our dog just instantly loved her. She stayed at our place for 10 days and made sure our dog was taken care of and loved while we were gone. She even sent pictures. I do not hesitate in saying she is an amazing individual and a blessing to our family for taking care of our dog Emma.

Shalyn was an amazing house and dog sitter! From the moment we met, I felt confident leaving my home and pet in her care. Kona was brought on regular walks and received so much love and attention. I appreciated the regular updates, photos, videos, and the peace of mind knowing Kona was happy and safe. The house was spotless when I returned. Couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful, reliable sitter. Highly recommend Shalyn to anyone looking for someone to care for their home and pets!

Meagan helped us out at the last minute. She had great communication and took good care of our extra senior girl.

Jane had great communication and sent me tons of updates and photos. She was so good with both of my girls, but especially my puppy (who is a handful!). Really appreciate her and will definitely book with her in the future!

Sofiya was amazing from the very beginning. She was quick to respond and was very flexible with a last minute four night booking for a housesit. This being my first time using Rover instead of other apps it was an amazing experience and I will be back. Jacques loved her right away. She is great with dogs and ended up training our dog to to stop jumping up and to somehow go potty outside consistantly...in 4-5 days. She spoiled our guy with treats, trips to the beach, and hiking. She is the perfect sitter for a high energy dog. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing Jacques was living his best life with frequent photo and text updates. Our apartment was perfect when we returned after a long travel day. We will definitely be reaching out to Sofiya anytime we are off island, or maybe if Jacques needs a bit of a training refresh from our new favorite sitter/dog trainer.

Destiny did a great job taking care of our dog and our house while we were away. She sent pictures every day and it was clear that our dog enjoyed hanging out with Destiny. I would recommend her and also I hope she can care for our dog again in the future!

Leonard was amazing with all 4 of my animals. He communicated the minute something happened with my youngest dog trying to escape and handled the situation the best it could have been handled. He kept my house in great condition and even watered the plants for us. I will always turn to Leonard to watch my animals when I’m gone.

Sara house sat for our senior dog for a few days while we were off island. She did great with our dog and was very respectful of our home. We love how she was understanding of our dogs conditions and kept us updated with photos and messages. We would definitely ask her to pet sit for us again in the future. We’ve gone through some pretty bad experiences on rover with other sitters before but Sara was great and we definitely recommend her for any pet sitting needs.
