Dog Boarding in Hilo

Thanks for taking such good care of our Dog Cindi during our extended vacation. She requires medical and walks and love and I can tell she got all that.

Vanessa provided a caring environment for our senior dog! We really appreciated the updates throughout Ruby’s stay at her home with plenty of photos. I would 100% use Vanessa again!

Wanted to say a special thanks to Cheryl. She was outstanding! From the first time I met her with my dog, Coco, I knew they would get along. Coco is 3 years old and had never been away from home. I wanted Coco to have an overnight stay to see how well she adjusted. To my surprise, she did well. In fact, I think she misses the attention given by Cheryl and her small dog Jimmy. Cheryl has that friendly personality that just makes everyone she is around feel right at home. During Coco's stay she sent me several messages along with pictures giving updates. They were very much appreciated. It's great to find someone who cares for your dog and loves her work. I would highly recommend Cheryl!!

We couldn't be happier with the care Rebecca provided for our 4-month-old puppy, Pepper! As our first-time using Rover for a pet sitter, we were understandably nervous leaving Pepper with someone new, but Rebecca immediately put our minds at ease. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly attentive and communicative, sending us consistent updates and adorable photos throughout Pepper's stay. Rebecca took the time to understand Pepper’s routine and specific needs, and it was clear she genuinely cares about the pets she sits. She kept Pepper engaged with fun activities and provided extra attention to ensure she felt comfortable and safe. It's evident that Rebecca has a natural rapport with animals, and we will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Highly recommend!

Sarah took wonderful care of our high energy pup! She was a life saver when our flight was changed and we weren’t able to come until later than originally planned, and she was very communicative with photo updates so we were always at ease knowing he was well taken care of. Highly recommend her!

Another wonderful 2 night boarding for our two golden retrievers. Both were totally exhaust the first evening home and again the next day. Natalie is wonderful and gives so much love to our furbabies. Mahalo

Absolute priceless gem!! Koa was well taken care of and was showered with plenty of attention and love! There are not enough words to describe our appreciation - not enough!! Crystal is an excellent communicator and provides regular updates. She genuinely loves animals and it clearly shows. We are deeply indebted to the entire family - including their lovable dog Mojo - who shared his parents with us and Koa! 🐾🖤 Highly recommended.

Pups had a great time. Dawn is amazing with them. Although it’s always hard to leave the pups, we feel at ease when we leave them with Dawn because she treats them with so much love and Aloha, and keeps them safe and happy.

Jack was so accommodating and responsive. We had to make a last minute booking for within 24 hours and he was extremely flexible. He sent us multiple updates throughout the day. I felt very confident our pup was in good hands!

So grateful for Shelby and Jesse’s care for our 110 pound Huckleberry! Calm and assured pack leaders, Shelby and Jesse kept us updated daily on Huck’s stay, walks in the forest, and getting along with Stinky, Koa and Zeus, Huck’s new best buddies! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a family approach to dog sitting (rather than an outdoor kennel environment, which we do not choose for our boy. I appreciated the time they took to get to know Huck so they can better care for him (meeting us ahead to walk with their dogs as an intro). Will definitely call on Shelby and Jesse again when needed. Mahalo!!

Noah did a wonderful job taking care of our 2 furbabies. He gave us updates daily and our girls seem to enjoy their stay with him. We are very pleased with Noah and we will definitely use his services again when we come in back in town. Thank you, Noah.

The first time in a long while, our Fur Babies where taken care of and Spencer is an absolute Gem! He took them on car rides, saw the sunrise at VNP, slept in bed with him, and Spoiled. We will continue to ask Uncle Spencer watch over our babies anytime we have to leave the island. He is like Ohana to us now and his place is like a Home Away from Home. Our pup Lily spent a wonderful week with Xuan, and her two dogs, Zeepha and Mysli. Xuan provided just the right amount of feedback during Lily’s stay to let us know how she was doing. Lily bonded with Zeepha and Mysli like they were old friends. Thank you Xuan for taking care of our pup; and ensuring she had a perfect stay.
