This was our first time booking a pet sitter and Josh was fantastic. He is professional, friendly, and communicative. Our dog and cat were in great hands while we were out of the country for two weeks. Our neighbors also let us know how polite Josh is and how well he interacted with our dog. Josh sent a daily update along with photos. He also took care of a few minor house items (mail, watered plants, etc.) while we were away. He went above and beyond when our connecting flight was cancelled and caused us to return a day late. Josh was flexible and stayed an additional day with our pets. We are extremely pleased with Josh's service and will definitely book him in the future!

First time using Rover. Haunani was perfect. Great with my dog who needed close watch on his post surgery incision. I was late getting home and she graciously adjusted and stayed . I won’t hesitate to ask her again.🐕‍🦺❤️

Joey was absolutely fantastic with our Frenchie, Lilly! He watched her for 13 days and went above and beyond the entire time. We got frequent updates and amazing pictures that showed just how happy and comfortable she was. Joey kept us informed about everything going on with Lilly, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. We couldn’t recommend him more highly — we’ll definitely be booking with him again!

Aiyana is amazing and was so accommodating to our family’s needs! She was wonderful with our dog and would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Alyssa cared for our pups for three nights while we were out of town. Prior to our trip, she came by to meet us and the dogs and they could not have loved her more! I was very surprised that they immediately felt comfortable with her, as they are usually apprehensive around new people. During her stay, she kept us updated and made us feel at ease. When we returned, our home was left very clean and tidy. Alyssa was even kind enough to bring in our mail/packages and she also did the laundry! I would highly recommend Alyssa and would welcome the opportunity to have her care for our pups again in the future!

Amber was absolutely incredible and such a blessing to find on short notice! My husband and I had a last-minute trip to visit family, and since we just moved to Kailua, we didn’t have any local pet sitters we knew or trusted. From the very beginning, Amber was kind, responsive, and completely understanding of our situation and Penny’s specific needs. She made time to meet with us beforehand, which helped ease both Penny’s anxiety—and ours! Penny can be selective around other dogs and always needs to be on leash, and Amber handled everything with total confidence and care. Throughout the stay, Amber kept us updated with photos and thoughtful messages, which made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Penny clearly adored her, and it was such a relief knowing she was in great hands. We’re so grateful to have found someone so reliable and compassionate. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier care and peace of mind!

I highly recommend Matt! He was fantastic with our sometimes moody German Shepard. In addition, he was extremely clean while in our home and communication was excellent. We will absolutely use Matt again in the future!!

Julie has watched my cat several times and it’s always been great! She takes good care of the cat and the house, and when I come home everything is in great shape. Communication is super easy and I get plenty of pics of my fur baby while I’m gone!

Jackie stayed with our pets again in our house and it was great! I received many pictures and videos which always makes my heart feels better while I’m away from the babies. Thank you for watching them and for being a great communicator!

My dogs had so much fun! They got to go to the park and play while we attended a wedding. I had peace of mind the entire time from seeing how much fun they had through photos. They were pooped the next day! Would hire again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Karen and
